Torque machine data acquisition interface definition and method
The torque output signal of the torque machine is ⊿2.5V, and the collection interval needs to be less than 100ms. The signal output interface is MON. Pins are defined as PIN.1 and PIN.6.

Press data acquisition interface definition and method

The pressure output value of the press is 0-10V. The signal output interface is pictured in red. The pin is defined as green for the positive signal and black for the negative signal.

Scheme Description

A data acquisition card is commonly used between the press and the torsion machine, and the output signal is a USB signal. The signal is directly connected to the industrial control computer of the field machine. The data acquisition software is installed on the industrial control computer to collect the pressure value and the torque value to the computer software. Computer software will automatically write data to the designated server for use by UFIDA software.
